Do I need to keep my computer on?
For Lite and Pro, yes the bot runs on your machine. For Enterprise, no your bot runs on our dedicated server 24/7 regardless of whether your computer is on or off.
What happens when my monthly limit is reached?
Your bot pauses automatically and you receive a Telegram notification. It resumes at the start of the next billing period, or you can upgrade your plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period.
What account do I need on the platform?
You need an active cashier account on your trading platform. Without cashier status the bot cannot accept incoming transactions. If you are unsure whether your account has cashier status, log in and check your account settings before starting the trial.
Is this legal?
AKD Bot automates interactions within an existing platform according to your account settings. You remain responsible for complying with the platform's terms of service.
