AKD Bot
Our own product: software its owner runs on their own marketplace account. It watches the market, captures trades within the owner's rules, sees each one through and keeps the books.
Why we built it
Anyone who trades knows it: the opportunity appears, and it is gone. A trade worth taking vanishes in seconds, and capturing it by hand means a person at a screen all day. Even then, most get away.
Each captured trade then brings its own work: messages to answer, completion to verify, records to keep. Rush that work and the books go wrong.
We ran that operation ourselves. AKD Bot was built so no one has to sit at the screen, and no one has, for over a year. The person's job is the decisions; everything else belongs to the system.
What it does
It works the account the way its owner would. It watches the market and captures the opportunities that match its owner's rules, inside the window a person would miss. A trade that would have vanished is in hand. From there it can run automatically or be processed by hand; the owner sets how much the system does alone.
Messages from the other side reach the owner's phone, with AI-drafted replies in the owner's own messaging style ready to send, or the chat fully automated. Completion is verified, automatically or with the owner's final say, and the record is written.
When anything is unsure, it stops and hands over, and the alert names the exact action to take.

What building it took
A simple version of each line below exists as a weekend project. The work was making them hold together around live money, unattended.

Real-time workflow automation.
Opportunities are seen and taken in seconds, inside bounds the owner set, and never outside them.
Browser automation on a live site.
The site changes without notice, so the page controls the bot relies on are defined on our platform and updated centrally. A site change is a configuration change, not a rebuild. The bot acts only when it can see it is signed in and unobstructed.
A full audit trail.
Every decision and outcome is stamped as it happens. If records cannot sync, the bot stops taking new work rather than run unrecorded.

Answering customers, status on demand, approvals, alerts worth acting on: businesses want all of it in one chat, and we engineered exactly that. The owner's chat reports account status, carries payment confirmations behind buttons that arm first, relays the other side's messages and attachments, and obeys typed commands from that chat alone. AI drafts replies in the owner's own messaging style, ready to send, or an AI chatbot handles the conversation fully, and everything sent is on record. The chat is one surface of the system, not a silo: the same live state drives the web portal, mobile and the desktop app.
Automated reconciliation.
On a schedule, the ledger is checked against the marketplace's own account export, held by a separate company. The check can read and report, never write.
Deployment automation.
Servers cloned from a base image with no identity, deploys verified by checksum, and drift detection comparing what runs against what should.
Human in the loop, by design.
Every new action ships disarmed, arming is one deliberate step on the server itself, and a fingerprint of the money path proves, build to build, that the code that moves money did not change.
The brand
The brand is ours too. We named AKD Bot, drew its mark and wrote its brand system, the same brand work we do for clients. One studio made the name and the machine.
Who runs it
Customers run their own instance, on their own marketplace accounts, each under its own licence. AkuDozie is the engineering behind it, at the core, and client systems get the same discipline:
