AkuDozie Ltd

Terms of Service

These terms explain how AkuDozie provides digital idea review, planning, setup, prototype, and related digital support services.

1. Who we are

AkuDozie is operated by AkuDozie Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17163338. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. VAT status: Not VAT registered. Contact: info@akudozie.com.

2. What AkuDozie provides

AkuDozie provides practical digital idea and setup services. This may include idea review, build-ready briefs, no-code or setup plans, workflow outlines, starter prototypes, forms, landing pages, calculators, automation planning, and related digital setup material.

The exact scope of each service depends on the service selected, the order details, and any written confirmation provided by AkuDozie. Unless expressly agreed in writing, AkuDozie does not provide full software development, ongoing managed services, regulated advice, or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Digital outputs will be as described for the relevant service, though no commercial success, technical outcome, or implementation result is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order or making payment does not require AkuDozie to accept work that is unlawful, outside scope, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unsuitable for the service purchased. If we cannot accept or continue an order, we may cancel it and provide a refund where appropriate.

4. Consumer and business customers

AkuDozie may provide services to consumers, creators, sole traders, and small businesses. Some rights and cancellation rules may differ depending on whether you buy as a consumer or for business purposes. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, reviewing delivered materials before reliance, and deciding whether to use, adapt, publish, or commission further work from any output.

You must not provide unlawful, harmful, confidential third-party, or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service and you have the right to share it.

You are responsible for checking whether an idea, website, app, workflow, business process, content, or third-party platform is suitable for your intended use before relying on it or making it public.

6. Scope, assumptions, and revisions

AkuDozie services are based on the information you provide and the service scope selected at the time of order. If your requirements change, or if additional work is needed beyond the selected service, we may treat that as a new request or quote separately.

Minor clarification or correction may be included where reasonable, but a paid order does not include unlimited revisions unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. AI-assisted work

AkuDozie may use AI-assisted tools to help prepare plans, briefs, prototypes, workflows, and related digital setup materials. Paid outputs are reviewed before delivery, but AI-assisted work can still contain errors, assumptions, omissions, or content that requires further checking.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable for your intended use. AkuDozie does not guarantee that an AI-assisted output will be complete, error-free, or suitable for a regulated, safety-critical, or high-stakes use case.

8. What AkuDozie does not provide

AkuDozie does not provide regulated legal, financial, medical, investment, tax, engineering, gambling, immigration, employment, compliance, or other specialist professional advice. Any outputs are practical digital planning or setup materials unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

If your project involves regulated, safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, gambling, employment, immigration, tax, compliance, or other specialist decisions, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional before relying on any AkuDozie output.

9. Third-party tools and platforms

AkuDozie may recommend or work with third-party tools, platforms, payment providers, hosting services, no-code tools, AI tools, domain providers, email providers, or other software services. These are controlled by their own providers and have their own terms, pricing, availability, security limits, and data practices.

AkuDozie is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, policy decisions, data handling, or service failures by third-party providers.

10. Payment

Payment may be made by card through Stripe Checkout or by bank transfer where offered. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bank transfer orders must use the bank payment reference provided so the payment can be matched to the order.

Work normally begins after payment is received and any required checkout or order acknowledgements have been completed.

11. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the selected service, order complexity, and information provided. AkuDozie may contact you if more information is required before work can continue. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline in writing.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

During checkout or order review, you may be asked to expressly confirm that you want AkuDozie to begin work after payment is received and before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel after work has started, you may need to pay for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Where a custom digital output has already been supplied with your express consent and acknowledgement, cancellation or refund rights may be lost or limited, subject to your statutory rights.

13. Intellectual property and use of outputs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after payment you may use the final custom output delivered to you for your own business or personal project. This includes using, adapting, sharing with your developer or contractor, or using the output to help build your project.

AkuDozie retains ownership of its background materials, reusable templates, processes, methods, prompts, internal tools, know-how, generic components, and pre-existing materials. AkuDozie may reuse general knowledge and non-confidential methods developed through providing services, but will not intentionally disclose your confidential order information as part of that reuse.

14. Confidentiality

AkuDozie will take reasonable care with information you provide for your order. You should not send unnecessary sensitive personal data, trade secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated data, or confidential third-party information unless it is necessary and you have the right to share it.

15. Limitation of liability

AkuDozie aims to provide useful and practical outputs, but we do not guarantee that an idea, product, website, app, workflow, or business will succeed commercially, technically, financially, or operationally.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Complaints and contact

If you have a concern about an order or service, contact us at info@akudozie.com with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is normally the version presented or linked at the time you placed the order or completed order consent. We will aim to bring material changes to your attention.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
