Turn your idea into a product.
You have an idea, or a problem you keep meeting. You may not be technical, and you may not have a technical cofounder. We take it from the idea to a product with a name, users, and someone running it.
First: is it worth building?
We start by checking whether the problem hurts enough people, badly enough, to deserve a product.
Then we set what the first version has to prove before it earns more money.
If the answer is no, we tell you before you pay for a build.
What we take on
Take one stage or all six. Whatever we build, we run by default.
- 01Strategy
Your idea on one page: who it is for, what the first version has to prove, and what it will charge.
- 02Brand
Name, logo, words and site, made in the same room as the product.
- 03Product
The first version, cut to the one thing it has to prove.
Built to be watched, recorded and recoverable before it goes live.
- 05Launch
The plan, the first users and the first week, with you in the room.
We keep it running. You are asked only for decisions.
What founders ask us first
What will it cost?
It is priced at the audit, in writing, before anything starts. The scope is cut to what the first version has to prove, not padded to fill a quote.
Who owns it?
Who owns the idea, the code, the brand and the data is written down before anyone starts.
Do I need a technical cofounder?
Not to start. We build it, launch it and run it. If you later want your own team, we hand it over.
Will you walk away after launch?
No. We keep running it, unless you choose to take it in-house.
We have done it for ourselves
Airtight. Our own product. We found the problem, named the brand and designed the identity. Then we engineered the product and are taking it to market ourselves, at our own risk. All six stages are ours.
