Software we build, then run and support.
The work runs. You only see the decisions.
Running it, week to week
We watch it. Problems reach us before they reach your customers.
We fix it and keep it up to date. Suppliers change and tools update. Keeping the system in step is our job.
We ask you only at decision points. Those points are written down, and they shrink over time.
Each month, a record: hours, incidents, direct cost, and any guarantee the system did not meet.
The eight guarantees
- 01
Observed. We know the system's state before you do. When something is wrong, you hear it from us first, never from a customer. We give you the timeline of what we saw and when.
- 02
Recorded. Every action, decision and exception has a record. Every claim we make about the system is read off those records. Nothing is quietly rewritten.
- 03
Recoverable. Everything is backed up. We rehearse getting it back before it goes live. We also plan for each outside service failing, rather than finding out after.
- 04
Bounded. A person is involved only at decision points. Those points are written down, and they shrink over time.
- 05
Exitable. Your data, exported in usable form on request. How the system retires is defined before it launches.
- 06
Self-accounting. Each system reports its own hours, incidents and direct cost every month. Ask for last month's on anything we run.
- 07
Shared. One place where we watch every system we run. Every record is kept the same way, with one account per system. The same questions are asked of all of them at once.
- 08
No single dependency. No single supplier, AI model or platform can break the promise. If one has to be replaced, that is our job, not yours.
What we will not do
- 01
Start something we cannot finish properly. We build one thing at a time.
- 02
Hide a failure. If a guarantee was missed, it is in the monthly record.
- 03
Lock you in. Your data is exported on request, and how the system retires is written down before it launches.
- 04
Name a price before the audit.
Where the standard comes from
Nothing slips. That standard comes from regulated manufacturing, where nothing is allowed to.
Who runs the studio →Start with the audit.
Tell us what you would bring us. You get a written read of what is worth building or fixing first, what it is worth to you, and a straight answer on whether we are the right studio for it.
